The mission of the Treasure Coast RC&D is to develop, implement and sustain projects that use the natural resource base to improve the quality of life in the council area which encompasses some of the nation’s most rapidly developing regions: Indian River, St. Lucie, Martin, and Okeechobee Counties, Florida.
