Managing Partner and co-founder Thomas Glitto, MAI has over 25 years of commercial real estate appraisal and review experience throughout the United States. Originally from the Chicago area, Tom was a commercial real estate appraiser handling assignments predominately in metro Chicago and the Midwest as a Senior Associate with Joseph J. Blake & Associates from 1986 to 1993. After relocating to Florida in 1993, Tom spent 10 years as an independent fee appraiser and later as a senior appraiser with CB Richard Ellis, Inc., completing a wide variety of assignments throughout Florida and the Southeast. From 2005 until 2009, Tom was employed as Vice President of W.H. Benson & Company, a regional appraisal firm based in Melbourne, Florida. Tom has provided Expert Witness testimony in the Brevard County and Lake County, Florida Circuit Courts. Tom graduated from Northern Illinois University and holds the MAI designation as a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute.
