Southern Habitats grows and supplies southern native seeds and plants and is highly experienced in the restoration of native groundcover for wildlife habitat. They have successfully completed numerous habitat projects for government agencies as well as private landowners. Their primary focus is on developing natural food and cover on hunting properties for maximum game carrying capacity based on the individual customers objectives.
We specialize in the use of native understory plants to create a haven for the game animals of the Southeast. We produce the native seeds and plants that they seek for food and cover. Shaping a property's native food and cover structure drastically enhances the hunting experience. Ideally, our goal is to restore the historical natural vegetation on a property, but in a strategic fashion.
