Comments: The goal of the mitigation bank is to protect and enhance the mosaic of habitats on the Bank property. Attaining the goal will decrease the amount of extreme water discharges and nutrients that now are conveyed to Turnbull Creek and the ecologically sensitive Indian River Lagoon. The natural timing of these discharges is one of the main components in plans to restore conditions in the Indian River Lagoon. Functional assessment methodology is UMAM.
