John Gillott has been actively involved in the field of real estate appraising and counseling since 1976. He has completed appraisals of residential, commercial, industrial, and special purpose properties. He has prepared narrative appraisal reports for merger/acquisitions, allocation of purchase price, financing, leasehold/leased fee analyses, useful life determinations, component depreciation, ad valorem tax, sales/purchases, value in use, and liquidations and distressed properties. He has extensive project management experience with multi-location assignments. Mr. Gillott is an Appraisal Institute approved instructor, a Certified General Appraiser in Florida and North Carolina, and holds a Florida Real Estate Broker’s license. He has also written a number of articles for publication.
