Bay County Conservancy Updated:10/2022

Bay County Conservancy, Inc. is a land trust dedicated to the preservation of environmentally sensitive lands in Northwest Florida. Our goal is to acquire land that will enhance the present and future natural resources of this area. With our rapid growth rate, these lands and natural resources are under constant pressure and threat of development. Bay County Conservancy was formed in 1998 to hold title to 30 acres of wetlands in the middle of Panama City, Florida. BCC now owns 18 preserves in 5 counties (totaling approximately 286 acres) and so has added “The Land Conservancy of Northwest Florida” to its name.
