Dr. Allison Lockwood, our Chief of Staff, is a 2009 graduate of Purdue University College of Veterinary Medicine. Upon graduation, she moved from Indiana down to warm, sunny Florida to join the Shelton Veterinary Clinics. An animal lover since she was very young, Dr. Lockwood grew up in Atlanta, Georgia having various pets such as dogs, cats, a pony, rabbits, hamsters, gerbils, fish, a turtle, lizards, and even a baby squirrel. Her areas of interest in the clinic include small animal internal medicine and surgery, dentistry, and equine preventative care.
